All orders are carefully processed and packaged within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Because each piece is selected and handled with love, processing may take a little longer during high-volume periods or special promotions — but we promise, it’s worth the wait. 💋


🌎 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 8–14 business days

  • Europe: 10–16 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your package is scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 10 days, please contact us at support@laceandluxury.com — we’ll check in with our fulfillment team and make sure everything’s moving smoothly.


🖤 Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There’s no mention of “Lingerie” or our brand name on the outside of the package — only pure anticipation inside.


💎 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so make sure you’re subscribed to Skylar’s Secret Circle to stay in the loop.


🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we’ll do everything we can to assist you in locating your package.

💞 Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
